Home Comfort Claims

Process FAQs

Who can file claims on Home Comfort Claims?

Distributors, Manufacturing Reps, and Commercial Bid Spec Reps can file claims online. We have a direct business relationship with these customers, and they have a line of credit established with Bosch, allowing them to easily purchase and return through our ERP system.

If your product was purchased through a Retail channel (i.e. Amazon, The Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) please reach out to the original retailer to file a claim if you're still in the return/claim window with the retailer. If your claim window with the retailer has lapsed, please reach out to warranty_returns@us.bosch.com for assistance.
