I didn't receive an invitation email to the new claims portal, how do I sign up?
If you did not receive an invitation email to the Home Comfort Claims portal, please follow the step by step instructions in our User Guide.
What is SingleKey ID and where can I use it?

SingleKey ID is a single sign on service so users can use the same email & password across Bosch websites. For Bosch Home Comfort North America, it is currently active on Home Comfort Claims, Partner Portal, EasyAir App, and eAcademy.

What if my company is not listed when signing up?

If you do not see your company and location listed in the drop down for selection, please reach out to warranty_returns@us.bosch.com for assistance.

Will I still have access to my old claim information?
All claims from 2023 and 2024 have been migrated to the new claims portal. Claims from 2022 and prior have been archived.
Where do I go to register products?

All contractors should register products on Partner Portal to receive points and program benefits.
