How do I create a Accredited Bosch Contractor (ABC) account?
This Account Allows You To
Register products for an additional one year warranty and for rewards | Manage your company and consumer registrations | Access ABC benefits such as: The priority support hotline, Financing, and Points redemption

Step 1: Go to www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Find the Account Tools tile on the bottom left corner of the page and click on “Sign-Up, it’s FREE!”

Step 3: Select the account type – HVAC Contractor  

Step 6: Under HVAC Contractor, Select Not Listed

Step 7: Select YES if you are authorized to sign agreements on behalf of the company

Step 8: Fill out the required information

Step 9: At the bottom of the page you will see “ Are you Applying for the ABC Program?” select YES.

Step 10: You request will be processed and you should receive your approval within 3-5 business days.
 


How do I create a non-Accredited Bosch Contractor (ABC) account?
This Account Allows You To
Register products & Manage your company and consumer registrations

Step 1: Go to www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Find the Account Tools tile on the bottom left corner of the page and click on “Sign-Up, it’s FREE!”

Step 3: Select the account type – HVAC Contractor  

Step 6: Under HVAC Contractor, Select Not Listed

Step 7: Select YES if you are authorized to sign agreements on behalf of the company

Step 8:
Fill out the required information

Step 9: At the bottom of the page you will see “are  you applying for the ABC Program?” Select NO or MORE INFO

Step 10:
You request will be processed and you should receive your approval within 3-5 business days.

 


How do I create a product owner (Homeowner) account?
This Account Allows You To
Register Products

Step 1: Go to www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Find the Account Tools tile on the bottom left corner of the page and click on “Sign-Up, it’s FREE!”

Step 3: Select the account type – Product Owner

Step 4: Fill out your account information

Step 5: Select submit and you should receive an email confirming your new account

 


How do I create a distributor account?
This Account Allows You To
Submit warranty claims and returns

Step 1: Go to www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Find the Account Tools tile on the bottom left corner of the page and click on “Sign-Up, it’s FREE!”

Step 3: Select Wholesaler and at the bottom of the page submit

Step 4: Fill out the required information

Step 5: Consent to the personal data store

Step 6: Select Submit and you should receive an email to confirm your account

 

 

How do I create a rep account?
This Account allows you to
Submit warranty claims and returns | Manage the contractors in your area | Access to contractor accounts and information

„The primary account holder for the rep firm creates users for that firm, If you do not know who the primary account holder is:

Step 1: Log into www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Navigate to “Admin”, “Reporting”, “Bosch Reps”.

Step 3: Find the repfirm, note the ID number.

Step 4: Click edit or view and then click on the employee tab

Step 5: Find the user ID that matches the ID in step 3. This is the person that creates accounts for existing companies

 

 

Why can't I set up an account?
It is saying my email is already in use when I try to sign up for an account

This is usually the case if you have attended one of our trainings, therefore an “training attendee only” account was created for you. In order to fix this please contact our customer support form and let us know that you have a training attendee only account.

 


How do I add/remove an associate on my account?
To add an associate on your account
(Only owners can perform this task)
Step 1: Go to www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Find the Account Tools tile on the bottom left corner of the page and click on “Sign-Up, it’s FREE!”

Step 3: Select the account type – HVAC Contractor  

Step 6: Under HVAC Contractor, Select your company

Step 7: Enter in your information in Associate Account information

Step 8: Click request

Step 9: Your account owner will receive an email and can approve adding you to the account


To remove an associate on your account (Only managers and owners can perform this task)
Step 1: Go to www.boschprohvac.com and sign into your account

Step 2: On the bottom left of the page click on your dashboard

Step 3: On your dashboard select the tab employees

Step 4: Select edit next to the employee ID

Step 5: On employee status field select “DISABLE”

 

 

Join the ABC program (existing non-ABC accounts) aka convert Account

Step 1: Login to your existing account at www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Once you are logged in, at the very top of the page you will see a red box that says “Join our ABC Program”

Step 3: This will take you to a page with an overview of the program at the bottom of the page select start here.

Step 4: You will be redirected to an application page where you can sign off on becoming an ABC

Step 5: I will receive a notification and we can process the request.

 

 

How do I make changes to my account?
You have access to change your: 
Company Name, Address, description, website, hours of operations and email

To make changes to your account:
Step 1:
Sign into your account on www.boschprohvac.com

Step 2: Click on your dashboard

Step 3: Select the company tab and edit

Step 4: Edit the necessary materials on the account

Step 5: Select save and return to save your settings

If you need to add a product category to your account so that you may be listed on the dealer locator, please contact us using the support form or give us a call. 

 

 

I am not receiving emails for my account?

We send you an email when you account is created and when you register products. If you have not received these emails please check your spam folder. If you are still having issues please contact us below.
