**Yellow rows** indicate temperatures where the heat pump cannot fully meet the house heating load. Supplemental heating would be required.

⚠ **Warning symbol** appears when HP capacity is less than the required house load at that temperature.

Heat Pump / Gas — Shows which heating source is more cost-effective at each temperature.

 Cost comparisons are based on delivering the same amount of heat from both systems for a fair comparison.
